The Rainbow School of Yoga runs several classes each week.

What to Wear: loose comfortable clothing, shoes are not worn during class.
What to Bring: yoga mat, cushion & blanket. (Yoga mats cost $42 and are available through RSY)
Kriya Yoga Master Class - Introduction (Level 1)
8 week term, start 22 July and ends 9 September, cost: $120.00
Thursday evenings

Kriya Yoga Master Class - Level 2, for those who have completed Level 1
8 week term, start 19 July and ends 6 September, cost: $120.00
Monday evenings
6 to 7.30pm
Kriya Yoga and Meditation for Menopause
8 week term, start 23 July and ends 10 September, cost: $120.00
Friday evenings
6 to 7.30pm
Kriya Yoga Master Class - Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
8 week term, start 20 July and ends 7 September, cost: $120.00
Tuesday mornings
10.30 - 12pm
